Between 12 and 36 months your child is learning to walk or "toddle".
During this time he or she learns a great deal about social roles
and develops motor skills. At 2 years, such characteristics as hugging
a teddy bear of feeding a doll are apparent. Self recognition and
self reference are happening.
The following abilities will be aided:
- Knowing how to play different games.
- Speaking in sentences.
- Ability to be independent to primary care giver.
- Easily learns new words, places and people's names.
- Attempts to sing in-time with songs.
Our goal is to nurture these qualities with positive reinforcement, conversation, safe equipment, and other stimulating activities in a learning environment.
